About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and attentive Caregivers/CNAs to provide overnight care for elderly clients in the Nashville area. This position requires caregivers to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire overnight shift to ensure client safety and comfort.
Requirements
- Caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Experience working with dementia clients is highly preferred
- Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to stay awake and alert for the full overnight shift
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Calm, observant, safety-focused, and experienced caring for elderly clients with fall risk, incontinence, and dementia-related behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and companionship
- Assist clients with personal care and incontinence care
- Support clients with dementia and memory-related conditions
- Help prevent falls and maintain a safe environment
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and nighttime routines
- Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
- Light housekeeping and documentation as needed
