About The Position

Freedom Home Care is hiring dependable Overnight Awake Caregivers to support clients during overnight hours. This is an awake position, meaning you will remain alert and available throughout the entire shift to provide safety, comfort, companionship, and assistance as needed. This role offers one-on-one care in a client's home, allowing caregivers to focus their time and attention on a single client. The schedule is flexible PRN (as needed), with the opportunity to pick up overnight shifts that fit your availability and work more when you want more hours. Requirements

Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable vehicle of your own.
Current auto insurance.
Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study.
Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts.
Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation.
Dependable and professional communication.
Must remain alert and available throughout the entire shift.

Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
