About The Position

The Caregiver / CNA provides in-home or facility-based support to care clients in or near Wheaton, Illinois. The role is hiring Polish- and Spanish-speaking caregivers and offers flexible shift options, including day shifts of 1–4, 6, 8, or 12 hours between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., as well as 12-hour overnight shifts between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. PRN options are available.

Requirements

At least one year of caregiving experience or current CNA, HHA, PCA, or DSP status is preferred.
Valid CPR certification, a work physical, and a negative TB test from the past year.
Valid driver's license and an insured vehicle, with the ability to reliably commute to the job location.

Nice To Haves

Polish or Spanish language skills; speakers of either language are encouraged to apply.
Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, fall prevention, incontinence, or hospice care.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship, conversation, and activities.
Assist with mobility, standby support, repositioning, and transfers.
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
Support personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Perform light housekeeping.
Provide occasional transportation for errands or appointments.
