About The Position
Preferred Care at Home is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct personal care to Spanish-speaking clients. The role includes assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, reporting clients’ health status, and communicating with clients and their families. The position offers flexible hours and an inclusive, supportive workplace. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour and may be based on experience.
Requirements
- State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current CPR certification/card (AHA specified in the English posting).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid identification.
- Spanish fluency; bilingual Spanish communication is described as preferred/required.
- Caring demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor vital signs and report clients’ health status.
- Provide bedside care and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and their families.
