About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, supporting their dignity, privacy, and independence. Care is tailored to each client’s needs and may include assistance with daily activities, companionship, and light household tasks. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. The posting advertises an in-person hiring event on November 17 and 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m., at 1101 Hillcrest Pkwy, Suite J, Dublin, GA 31021. The event includes on-the-spot interviews and job offers. The listed salary range is $12.00–$12.50 per hour.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals.
- Perform housekeeping and other light duties as assigned.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care.
- Provide transportation assistance.
- Support clients with daily activities according to their individual needs.
