About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence by helping with daily activities according to their needs. Duties may include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Have at least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
• Pass a pre-employment background check; employment is contingent on successfully passing it.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have current CPR certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
• Be capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Be accountable and reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
