About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Caregivers support clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence while helping them remain at home. Services are tailored to people of varying ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities. The role includes assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation, and other light duties as assigned. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Have at least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including care for a family member.
Pass a pre-employment background check; employment is contingent on successfully passing it.
Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
Have current CPR certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
Be capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Be accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
