About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence by helping with daily activities according to their needs. Services may support people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery; living with chronic disabilities; or experiencing aging, and may involve people with varied physical conditions and cognitive abilities. This position is advertised through an in-person hiring event with on-the-spot interviews and job offers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have at least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have current CPR certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
• Must be capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Must be accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with meal preparation.
• Perform housekeeping and other light duties as assigned.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
