About The Position

Assisting Hands Deerfield is hiring a caregiver/CNA to provide in-home support to a female client in Wauconda. The role includes companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Morning and daytime shifts are available on weekdays and weekends, with examples ranging from three to five hours per shift; additional schedules are available. The position offers an immediate start and pays $19.50–$22.00 per hour. Hours over 40 per week and hours worked on holidays are paid at time and a half. Requirements

• At least two years of caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to Wauconda.
• Comfortable assisting both male and female clients.
• Experience helping with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, including conversation, playing games, and watching TV.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping.
