About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs/PCAs/Caregivers/HHAs to join our team for day shifts in Alpharetta. We offer competitive weekly pay and flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time positions. Requirements
- Clean criminal background check.
- Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
- Reliable transportation with insurance.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- TB test or chest X-ray.
Nice To Haves
- Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months.
- CNA License.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide transportation for basic errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility.
- Provide toiletry assistance.
- Offer companionship and engage in activities such as attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
- Notify the Care Coordinator of any major changes or incidents during the shift.
