Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
Valid driver's license and active car insurance.

Nice To Haves

Prior caregiving experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support.
Support meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and ensure proper hydration.
Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and occasional linen changes.
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation if required.
Follow the client’s individualized care plan and report any changes to the care team promptly.
Ensure the client’s comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
