Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
- Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving, behavioral therapy, or working with individuals with autism (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a calm, patient presence
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision, comfort, and routine support
- Help clients with personal care, redirection, and sensory‑friendly engagement
- Document nightly activities and communicate any changes or concerns
- Promote independence and inclusion within the home environmen
