About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers/CNAs/PCAs for overnight shifts in Cumming. This role involves providing essential support and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes. Requirements

• Clean criminal background check.
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License/Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• TB test or chest X-ray.
• Formal training or at least 6 months of experience in the home care field or school is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide transportation for appointments, errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.).
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage seniors in activities such as attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
• Report any significant changes or incidents to the Care Coordinator during the shift.
