About The Position

Cooperative Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care in the St. Louis City and County areas. The role offers meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and support from a team that values growth, empowerment, inclusivity, and cooperative commitment. Caregivers should be comfortable helping clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.

The listed schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Additional shifts and hours may be available based on the caregiver’s availability and preferred areas.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be comfortable assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Proof of auto insurance is required.
