About The Position

The Lisa Vogel Agency provides a team atmosphere where you are hired as a respected and valued Employee of the Agency, not a Contractor. We provide consistent weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday and we take the time to make quality client-caregiver matches to ensure that our caregivers are placed in homes where they are comfortable. This has led our Caregivers to stay with our Agency for an average of 4.3 years! We specialize in long-term consistent care, with the average client being with us for over 3 years, which allows us to provide consistent and stable work. We offer flexible scheduling and an open door policy to ensure compassionate care. We strive to support you and your client always!

Requirements

Prior experience as a Caregiver in a healthcare/ in-home care environment (minimum 4 years)
At Least 2 Direct Care References
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Delighted to work in a one-on-one setting
Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Encouraging, Compassionate, and Reliable
