Requirements

Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver
Valid state certification where applicable (CNA, GNA, or Med Tech licensure in Maryland preferred)
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus
Own transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll County area
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs)
Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate care team members
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being and quality of life
