About The Position

The Lisa Vogel Agency provides a team atmosphere where you are hired as a respected and valued Employee of the Agency, not a Contractor. We provide consistent weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday and we take the time to make quality client-caregiver matches to ensure that our caregivers are placed in homes where they are comfortable. This has led our Caregivers to stay with our Agency for an average of 4.3 years! The average client is with us for over 3 years, which allows us to provide consistent and stable work.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Caregiver in a healthcare/ in-home care environment (minimum 4 years)
At Least 2 Direct Care References
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Delighted to work in a one-on-one setting
Strives to enforce health and safety standards
Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Encouraging, Compassionate, and Reliable
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
