About The Position

Tribute is a private home care company that focuses on creating a supportive community for its caregivers. Caregivers will work in clients' homes, typically for 12-hour shifts (days or awake overnights), providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines. The role involves collaborating with the care team to follow care plans and ensure client safety and comfort, building long-term relationships with a limited number of clients.

Requirements

CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
Weekend availability of at least one day per week
Reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines in clients' homes.
Work closely with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans.
Ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
Travel to clients' homes across Fall River, Westport, Dartmouth, Fairhaven and surrounding areas.
