About The Position

Tribute is a private home care company that focuses on creating a supportive community for its caregivers. Caregivers will work in clients' homes, typically for 12-hour shifts (days or awake overnights), providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines. The role involves collaborating with the care team to follow care plans and build lasting relationships with a small number of clients.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their homes.
