About The Position

Tribute is a private home care company focused on creating a supportive community for remarkable caregivers. We believe in providing long enough visits to build genuine relationships with clients. Caregivers will work in clients' homes across the South Shore area, offering personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines. The role involves close collaboration with the care team to adhere to care plans, ensuring client safety and comfort, and fostering lasting relationships with a limited number of clients.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines in clients' homes.

• Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
• Be flexible about travel and scheduling.
