Requirements

CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
Weekend availability of at least one day per week
Reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines in clients' homes.
Follow detailed care plans in collaboration with Tribute's care team.
Ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
Participate in typically 12-hour visits to build relationships with clients.
