About The Position

Tribute is a private home care company that focuses on creating a supportive community for remarkable caregivers. They offer long visits (typically 12 hours) in clients' homes across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. The role involves providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines, working closely with the care team to follow care plans and build lasting relationships with a small number of clients.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
