About The Position

Tribute is a private home care company that focuses on building a supportive community for its caregivers. Caregiver Associates will conduct 12-hour visits in clients' homes across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assisting with daily routines. Associates will collaborate with the care team to follow care plans and ensure client safety and comfort, building long-term relationships with a limited number of clients.

Requirements

CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
Weekend availability of at least one day per week
Reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
