THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION! 7757 West Flagler St., Suite 220, Miami, FL., 33144 The ideal Career Services Advisor will possess experience in any of the following fields: Social Media Research, Student Job placement, Contact employers, Bilingual in English and Spanish, Excellent written and verbal skills, Proficient with all Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel), Experience supporting a team, Organizational skills. The Career Services Advisor will be responsible for providing support to all Miami Students.

Requirements

  • 1 year of Administrative Support
  • At least 1 year of college credits completed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • MUST have prior experience in Career Services and student job placement
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, oral and written
  • Resourceful self-starter who works independently with little or no supervision
  • Great presentation skills
  • Comfortable being measured and being held accountable for goals
  • Experience with social media and job boards
  • Positive and clear communication skills
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
