About The Position
Avanti Residential is hosting a career fair and networking event in Kansas City for people interested in starting or growing a career in property management and the multifamily industry. Attendees can meet members of the Talent Acquisition and onsite leadership teams, learn about Avanti Residential and its culture, ask questions, share their experience, and explore current or future career opportunities. Interviews may take place on the spot when appropriate, and the team may discuss next steps if there is a potential fit for an available role. The event welcomes candidates with multifamily experience, people seeking their next career move, and people new to property management who bring transferable customer service, sales, leadership, maintenance, hospitality, or other experience. Interested candidates can apply through the posting and submit a resume; Avanti Residential will follow up to discuss interests and coordinate an interview or meet-and-greet. Walk-ins are welcome. The event takes place Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Arte KC, 1918 Locust St, Kansas City, MO 64108. Potential roles include Leasing Specialist, Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, Maintenance Technician, and Maintenance Supervisor.
