About The Position
Avanti Residential is hosting a career fair and networking event in Kansas City for people interested in starting or growing a career in property management and the multifamily industry. Attendees can meet the Talent Acquisition and onsite leadership teams, learn about the company, its culture, and career opportunities, ask questions, and share their experience. Interviews may be conducted on the spot when appropriate. If there may be a fit for an available position, attendees can discuss next steps; those whose interests do not match a current opening can connect with Avanti about potential future opportunities. The event is Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Arte KC, 1918 Locust St, Kansas City, MO 64108. Interested candidates can apply and submit a resume; Avanti will follow up to learn about their interests and coordinate an interview or meet-and-greet. Walk-ins are welcome. Avanti welcomes candidates with multifamily experience as well as people new to property management who bring customer service, sales, leadership, maintenance, hospitality, or other transferable experience and are motivated to learn and grow.
