Position Summary The Career Coach is responsible for identifying, assessing, and preparing participants for employment opportunities through individualized career coaching, recruitment support, and workforce development services. This role manages a caseload focusing on participant engagement, job readiness, and placement outcomes. The Career Coach works closely with Account Managers to match qualified participants with available job opportunities and support placement outcomes and workforce success.
