LYRIC is seeking a Career and Independent Living Program Coordinator to support its internship, mentorship, and workforce development programs for LGBTQQ+ youth ages 18–24. This role is crucial in preparing youth for long-term independence, stability, and success by co-designing and leading programs that build critical life and career skills. The coordinator will facilitate paid internships, mentorship, drop-in programs, and youth-led projects. Additionally, they will develop and maintain career pipelines by building relationships with nonprofits, companies, and city job training programs to create real-world placement opportunities, directly connecting youth to affirming spaces for growth and leadership.
