The Care Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of Canopy's care systems and related applications. This role works closely with operational, clinical, compliance, reporting, and technology stakeholders to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, properly configured, and aligned with organizational needs. The Care Systems Administrator supports application enhancements, testing, upgrades, reporting activities, user access administration, workflow optimization, and issue resolution while promoting data integrity, system stability, regulatory compliance, and effective system utilization throughout the organization.
