About The Position
Calyx Living is hiring Care Staff for 2nd/3rd shifts at its assisted living community in Wakefield, North Raleigh. The role assists and provides direction to residents with personal care needs. Duties include monitoring residents’ self-administration of medication, ensuring hygiene, obtaining and recording vital signs, maintaining resident safety, completing incident reports, assisting with meal services, and observing residents for changes in condition. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Caregiver experience is strongly preferred.
- Compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
- Reliable, responsive, and attentive.
- At least 18 years old with demonstrated maturity.
- Must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities
