About The Position
Calyx Living is hiring Care Staff for the second shift at its assisted living community in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The role assists and provides direction to residents with personal care needs, including monitoring self-administration of medication, supporting resident hygiene, obtaining and recording vital signs, maintaining resident safety, completing incident reports, assisting with meal services, and observing residents for changes in condition.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and demonstrate maturity.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
- Reliability, responsiveness, and attentiveness.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiver experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
