About The Position

Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people including personal care. With minimum visits of one hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our Care professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support. We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference in our clients' lives. We are not looking for experience as you will receive excellent support and training but being kind, caring and compassionate is essential. We are currently recruiting in the Hereford for part time hours evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Must be kind, caring, and compassionate.
Must be over the age of 18.
Must be a driver with access to your own car.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Must be willing to undergo a DBS enhanced disclosure.

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical care and companionship services for older people, including personal care.
Conduct minimum one-hour visits with clients.
Match clients with Care Professionals based on mutual interests and hobbies to build trust and provide personalized support.
Make a difference in clients' lives through caring and compassionate service.
