About The Position

Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people, including personal care. We offer minimum visits of 1 hour, award-winning training, and have an excellent reputation. We match Clients and Care assistants based on mutual interests and hobbies to build bonds of trust and provide personalized support. We take our clients out for day trips, lunch, or to town. We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference in our clients' lives. We are not looking for specific care experience – your personal values are critical. Excellent support and training are provided, but being kind, caring, and compassionate is essential. This role is for part-time hours, covering evenings and every other weekend in the Weobley/Moreton on Lugg and surrounding areas. It will include weekdays (am and pm) and every other weekend, totaling around 16 hours per week.

Requirements
