About The Position

We offer minimum visits of 1 hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation. We match Clients and Care assistants based on mutual interests and hobbies to build bonds of trust and provide personalized support. We take our clients out shopping, for drives, or on walks.

Requirements

Own reliable transportation to visit clients.
Willingness to travel across local areas.
Excellent timekeeping, organization, and reliability.
Compassionate and kind individuals.
Individuals who treat clients with dignity and respect.
Good listener, able to communicate clearly.
Ability to build relationships with clients and their families in a polite and friendly manner.
Flexibility.
Access to reliable transport to cover evening calls.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults.
