Requirements

A caring and compassionate nature.
Must be based in Charnwood or surrounding areas.
Own vehicle for travel to clients with the ability to get Business Motor Insurance.
Flexible and reliable.
Willingness to undertake training provided.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
Full right to work in the UK.
UK driving license with access to your own car.
Desire to care for others.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.

Provide support to help clients live independently, safely, and happily.

Benefits

Pay rates from £13.00- £14.00 per hour.
Double pay on bank holidays.
Door to door mileage paid at 45p per mile between clients homes.
Guaranteed Hour Contracts.
Scheduled travel time 15 minutes in between client calls.
