About The Position
Become a BAYADA Certified Home Health Aide in just 6 weeks! This training program is designed for motivated individuals passionate about caring for others and looking to advance their careers. The program combines hands-on, on-the-job training with convenient online coursework. Graduates will be hired by BAYADA as Certified Home Health Aides.
Requirements
- Passion for helping others
- Self-motivated and able to complete all coursework independently
- Access to a mobile phone, tablet, or computer
- Bring two forms of ID (SS card, DL license or state ID) to the next steps
Responsibilities
- Complete certification in 6 weeks
- Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training
- Complete convenient online coursework
- Attend one in-person class per week on Tuesday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Complete flexible self-led online modules
- Pass a final exam with a grade of 85%
