About The Position

Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people, including personal care. We offer minimum visits of 1 hour, award-winning training, and have an excellent reputation. We match Clients and Care assistants based on mutual interests and hobbies to build bonds of trust and provide personalized support. We take our clients out for day trips, lunch, or to town. We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference in our clients' lives. We are not looking for specific care experience – your personal values are critical. Excellent support and training are given, but being kind, caring, and compassionate is essential. This role is to cover Weobley/Moreton on Lugg and surrounding areas, and will include every other weekend and one/two evenings a week.

Requirements

Own reliable transportation to visit clients.
Willingness to travel across local areas.
Excellent timekeeping.

Good listener.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Ability to build relationships with clients and their families in a polite and friendly manner.
