About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at The Kentridge Senior Living in Kent, Ohio. This full-time position offers a sign-on bonus of $3,000 and a competitive hourly wage range of $18-$24. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, generous, positive, engaged in their development, and proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 25 properties in 5 states, employing nearly 1,400 individuals.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active, as the role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

• Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
