About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for their Hudson Grande Senior Living community in Hudson, Ohio. This full-time position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $18-$24 per hour. The role involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive environment, engaging in personal growth, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 25 properties in 5 states, employing nearly 1,400 individuals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
