About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 33 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 1,900 employees! This position is for a Care Partner at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose located at 4041 Heritage Center Dr. Copley, Ohio 44321. The role involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, engaging in personal development and training, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
