About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 33 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 1,900 employees! This position is for a Care Partner at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose located at 4041 Heritage Center Dr. Copley, Ohio 44321. The role requires an "Advocate of Empathy" to create human connection with residents, a "Generous Gift Giver" to be present and share talents, someone who is "💯" to create an inclusive and positive environment, and an "Engaged Egghead" to be curious and engaged in development. The Care Partner will be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
A positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
