About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living. This full-time position offers a sign-on bonus of $3,000 and a competitive hourly wage of $18-$24. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. You will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
