About The Position
The Care Partner provides compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in Hokendauqua/Whitehall, Pennsylvania. The role offers flexible daytime shifts, including morning and weekend opportunities, and is intended for part-time work. Care Partners support clients through companionship, simple meal preparation, hydration support, medication reminders, light household tasks, and accompaniment on errands, appointments, walks, or community activities. No medical certification is required; paid onboarding and training are provided. A supportive local office team is available to assist employees.
Requirements
- Be caring, dependable, patient, and easy to talk to.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Communicate well and take pride in being dependable.
- Be willing to learn and grow with the team.
Responsibilities
- Spend time with clients through conversation, games, hobbies, and companionship.
- Prepare simple meals and help clients stay hydrated.
- Provide medication reminders and gentle daily support.
- Help with light household tasks and keep the home comfortable.
- Accompany clients on errands, appointments, walks, or community activities.
