About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments, being present and reliable, investing wholeheartedly in your work, and being curious and engaged in your development. You will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role requires a positive and energetic attitude, computer skills for documentation, and the ability to be active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. You must also be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility and transfers. Criminal clearance is required.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
