About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift.
Frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
