About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, being a reliable and supportive team member, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. The role requires curiosity, engagement in personal development, and proactive assistance with activities of daily living. We are looking for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, can communicate effectively in English, have a positive and energetic attitude, possess basic computer skills, and are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls is essential, and candidates must be criminally cleared.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
