About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join their team at Vitalia Strongsville. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, providing assistance with daily living activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The role emphasizes empathy, engagement, and proactive support for residents in their most vulnerable moments. Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Be present, share talents, and be someone others can count on.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
• Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
