About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH. This full-time position offers a pay range of $18 - $21.25 per hour. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, and a proactive approach to assisting residents with their daily living activities. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
