About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Rushwood. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, invested in their work, curious, and proactive. The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as assisting residents with mobility and after falls. Computer skills are necessary for documentation.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Foster an inclusive and positive environment.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
