About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Westbury located at 550 Stone Valley Parkway, Columbia, MO 65203. This full-time position involves creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments, being present and sharing talents, investing wholeheartedly in your work, team members, and the community, and being curious and engaged in your development and training. A key aspect of this role is proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
